Bulk conversion
Convert a backlog of bank statements at once
Ten statements per batch, mixed banks welcome, and one merged CSV with every transaction in date order. Built for the jobs where the statements arrive a year at a time.
When a backlog is the problem
Most statement conversion is routine — last month's statement, one file, done. Backlog work is a different job. A year of statements has usually piled up because something was deferred: books that stopped being kept, a return that did not get lodged, an account that was never connected to a bank feed. By the time it gets dealt with, the volume arrives all at once and there is a deadline attached to it.
Converting those statements one at a time is the slowest possible way through, and it is the part of the work least worth anyone's time. Batch conversion takes ten at a time and returns a single merged spreadsheet, so the conversion step stops being the thing standing between you and the actual job.

Frequently asked questions
How many statements can I convert at once?
Up to 10 statements per batch. There is no limit on how many batches you run, so a year of one account is two batches and three years is six.
Can I get one CSV instead of one file per statement?
Yes. After a batch conversion you can download a single merged CSV containing every transaction from every statement, sorted by date, with a Source File column against each row. A ZIP of individual CSVs is available too.
Can a batch contain statements from different banks?
Yes. Each file in a batch has its own bank setting, so a single batch can mix Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ, NAB, ING, and the other supported banks.
How do I get batch conversion?
Batch conversion is included with the 350 and 700 credit packs as a one-off purchase, and with the Professional and Business plans. Credits are counted per page and never expire.
What happens if a statement fails to convert?
It is reported as a failure with the reason shown against that file, and no credit is charged for it. You can fix the bank selection and retry just the failed files without re-converting the ones that already succeeded.
Are my statements stored?
Not on our servers. Every statement is processed and gone, and we never hold onto your financial data. Your converted files stay on your own device for 24 hours so you can re-download them or change a category without converting again, then they clear themselves automatically.
