Bulk convert UBank statements to CSV

A generic PDF table extractor pointed at a USpend statement usually turns an Apple Pay purchase into something like "APPLE PAY AUS" with the actual merchant gone. That's fine for one transaction. Across a year of statements where a large share of spending is tap-and-pay through Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, it means a big chunk of the file comes out uncategorisable, because there's nothing left in the description to categorise against.

Merchant detail is what a UBank-specific parser is for. Wallet transactions come through with the underlying merchant intact rather than collapsed into a generic wallet line, which is what actually makes a year of USpend spending usable once it's in a spreadsheet.

Getting a year of statements into that spreadsheet is the same process regardless of bank: UBank issues statements one period at a time with no bulk export, so twelve months is twelve PDFs. Batch conversion takes ten at once, and two runs covers a calendar year, returned as a single merged CSV with every transaction in date order.

USave statements run through the same batch as USpend, bonus interest entries included, and a Source File column on every row keeps the two accounts distinguishable in the merged file even once they're interleaved by date.
